Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Director to become part of a transformation project following a restructure to determine and deliver the new ways of working. Your role will ensure the Product Model is not only designed and mobilised but embedded as an enduring enterprise capability.
Your experience should include the capabilities to build strategic delivery capabilities through, and alongside, strategic partners. Proven experience of end-to-end complex programme ownership is essential to your success in this role.

Essential experience required:
- Proven experience leading large-scale business & technology transformation programmes with enterprise-wide impact (Group level)
- Experience designing and implementing product-led operating models, value-stream organisations, or agile transformation programmes.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering complex organisational change involving people, process, technology and governance transformation.
- Experience operating at Executive Committee and Board level, providing strategic advice, influencing decisions and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience establishing and leading multi-disciplinary programme teams spanning business and technology functions.
- Proven accountability for significant programme budgets, business cases, financial management and benefits realisation.
- Experience managing strategic technology and consulting partners to deliver business outcomes.
- Experience leading large-scale organisational adoption, outsourcing programmes and change management initiatives.
