About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the product marketing strategy for our premier, flagship owned retail e-commerce platform. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing critical market context, user insights, and strategic direction for key product features and services.

In this role, you will form the guiding principles for product launches and long-term growth. From running medium-to-large-scale campaigns to developing innovative content strategies, you will leverage multiple channels to drive education, user engagement, and product adoption. If you love digging into detailed insights to solve big-picture problems and staying ahead of industry trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, defining positioning strategies to successfully bring new products and features to market. Validate market sizes and opportunities (active users, revenue, growth, profit) and collaborate with teams to build data-driven hypotheses and visions.
  • Campaign & Content Management: Lead and manage medium-to-large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, and programs to meet team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Evaluate and analyze campaign performance metrics across integrated channels to optimize future strategies. Independently create and iterate high-quality marketing content, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the overarching product strategy and brand standards.
  • User Insights & Brand Positioning: Own the product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy, adapting the product voice across various narratives and frameworks. Develop deep user insights to ensure the 'user voice' is incorporated into both product development and marketing strategies. Independently scope and manage user research initiatives by leveraging both internal and external research partners. Advocate for optimal in-product user experiences, providing feedback to cross-functional teams to resolve issues and boost engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Product Positioning & Brand Management: Proven ability to build compelling brand frameworks, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Data Analysis & Synthesis: Skilled at tracking quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure product and business success.
  • Campaign & Brief Management: Strong track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and writing clear, actionable marketing briefs.
