Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: Β£40,000 (temp to perm)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Site Manager to oversee on-site print and document services within a Legal company in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manager to take ownership of a key client site, lead a small team, and play an active role in driving service excellence and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the on-site print room
  • Lead, motivate, and support a small team
  • Deliver high-quality print, scanning, and document services
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact
  • Produce regular reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow the account

About You

  • Previous experience in a Print Room / Document Services / Reprographics environment
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach - able to think outside the box
  • Confident working in a client-facing role
  • Comfortable being hands-on as well as managing
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
  • A legal background is desirable but not essential
  • Willing to undergo a DBS check
