Are you a resourceful and organised individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a Personal Assistant? Our client, a prestigious Law Enforcement organisation, is seeking an Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Directors.
Start ASAP pending a security clearance, duration 3 months, the client is recruiting for the role permanently and the successful candidate has the opportunity to apply, pay £14.50ph, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work in the office two days a week, the location of the office is based near Charring Cross.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for diary management, email inbox management, stakeholder engagement and handling incoming correspondence and phone calls. Your excellent planning and organisation skills will be put to the test as you organise and attend meetings.
