Oversee operations of strategic incentive programs for top-tier clients, ensuring targets for service levels, efficiency, partner satisfaction, and costs are met.
Develop comprehensive project plans to redefine operational processes, including documentation and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate business plans into actionable solutions, focusing on automation and project coordination.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, facilitating decision reviews and documenting impacts.
Maintain compliance and audit readiness, ensuring deal approvals align with internal policies and supporting audits as needed.
Drive end-to-end project execution in partnership with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Engineering, and Program Management teams.
Design and maintain tools for efficient program management, utilising automation for seamless operations and informed decision-making.
Proactively identify risks, manage project deliverables, and ensure timely issue resolution for successful project outcomes.
Manage all communications regarding project updates, stakeholder engagement, and key decisions to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, developing actionable recommendations for business outcomes.
Analytics: Produce monthly, quarterly, and periodic tracking reports for investment programs to inform stakeholders on performance, including strategic modeling and competitive analysis.
Define deal commercial strategies through modeling and internal communication with sales teams.
Conduct analytical projects using internal and external data to derive insights for program development and decision-making.
Support preparation for stakeholder engagement, both internal and external, to enhance sell-in to leadership and global customer teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or Program Analytics.
- Advanced SQL experience with large datasets.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to develop strategic initiatives and drive business decisions.
- Experience in designing and executing processes that foster business growth with a focus on customer support strategies.
- Track record of collaborating effectively with technical teams, including Engineering, PM, and Data Engineering, to drive outcomes.
- Experience in compliance and payments, working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal and Finance.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
