Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement framework and rollout strategies for product marketing content across channels, with some guidance.
- Track defined product/business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Foster collaboration in meetings and projects, ensuring an inclusive environment where all voices are heard.
- Act as a diversity change agent to enhance organisational culture.
- Share product insights with partners to contribute to the development process, conduct market analysis, and predict industry trends.
- Execute medium-scale campaigns and programmes to meet user needs and team objectives.
- Analyse campaign performance for optimisation and identify effective user engagement channels.
- Generate user insights to assist cross-functional teams in incorporating user feedback into product development and marketing strategies.
- Advocate for improved user experiences.
- Support the development of product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies using user insights.
- Adapt communications to align with specific product goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing content is aligned with product strategy and standards, overseeing the final publishing process.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in situational leadership, consumer behaviour, and marketing briefs.
- Experienced in campaign and brand management, client/partner advising, and data analysis.
- Strong storytelling skills and knowledge of product positioning and go-to-market activities.
