- Run a busy employment tribunal caseload from start to finish
- Represent the organisation at tribunal hearings (mainly short hearings)
- Provide straightforward, pragmatic advice to managers, schools and academies
- Support policy, drafting and compliance work (including Employment Rights developments)
- Handle sensitive and complex matters with confidence and professionalism
- What we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Strong experience in employment tribunal litigation
- Confident advocate (or willing to undertake advocacy)
- Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Ideally experienced working with local authorities, schools or public bodies
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
