What You'll Do:
As a Junior Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct Brand Recruitment: Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check-ins, role briefings, and market insights.

- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate system data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
