My client, a leading global bank is looking for a Service Design & Introduction Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on service readiness, governance, and operational resilience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Service Design & Introduction for new and changed services
- Ensure services are fully operationally ready, supportable, and compliant ahead of go-live
- Define and govern Service Design Packages (SDPs), SLAs, support models, and readiness criteria
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams and BAU operations
- Run service readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions with senior stakeholders
- Embed consistent SD&I processes, standards, and governance frameworks
Key requirements:
- Strong experience in Service Design & Transition / Introduction (ITIL)
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, and Business
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
