My client, a leading global bank is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee the governance and delivery of technology change across a highly regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end IT Change Management processes, including standard and emergency changes.
- Chair CAB meetings and ensure change risk, impact, and readiness assessments are completed.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., PRA/FCA, SOX, PCI‑DSS, DORA).
- Track change performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Audit, and DevOps teams.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT Change or IT Service Management roles.
- Strong ITIL background; ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments (banking/FS ideal).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise‑scale infrastructure/applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
