As an Income Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and maximising income for our client's organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivables, housing income, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage rent arrears, taking appropriate action to maximise income and minimise losses
- Conduct regular reconciliations of income and financial records
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Experience in accounts receivables, housing income, and financial management
