This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months, offering full-time hours and an hourly rate of £13 - £14.
Responsibilities:- Compliance: Ensure all necessary compliance measures are taken, including conducting right to work checks, DBS checks, and references.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organisation.
- Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including placing adverts on websites and managing the payroll folder for new starters.
- Systems and Tools: Utilise various tools, such as Google, Meet, and Docs, to streamline HR processes and ensure efficient communication within the team.
- Previous experience in HR administration.
- Knowledge of the Cezanne HR system is desired.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
