Lead Event Ambassador
- Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Pay: £14-15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the right-hand person to the event team, assisting with all aspects of set-up and event operations.
- Prepare programs and materials at the registration desk.
- Greet guests and manage the registration process, including scanning QR codes via app on arrival.
- Assist with general event set-up, layout, and smooth running of activities.
Requirements:
- Previous event experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance in line with dress code.
Events Ambassador
- Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Pay: £13-14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff the registration desk, welcoming guests and checking them in using a QR code scanning app.
- Provide directions and guidance to attendees on where they need to go.
- Support front-of-house duties to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous event or hospitality preferred.
