We need proven experience delivering multi-million-pound transformation programmes with strong commercial and contract management expertise. We require expertise in governance, assurance, and portfolio/programme management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide overarching strategic leadership for the ERP programme and ensure alignment with organisational goals and operational requirements.
- Act as the liaison between technical partners and governance bodies, managing programme vision, scope, and benefit realisation strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Purchasing, including the integrated Duty Management System.
- Deliver the programme on time and within budget while overseeing related contracts and suppliers.
- Manage integrated planning across all work streams and support a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Chair key programme boards and provide transparent reporting to executive and external governance groups.
- Maintain strong risk management, including proactive mitigation of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as the senior interface between operational policing, business leadership, and external partners.
- Ensure strong engagement with end users and maintain effective relationships with Oracle and implementation partners.
- Champion organisational transformation and drive genuine process improvements.
- Oversee change management strategies and prepare leadership teams for cultural change.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of risks and compliance with policing security and legislative requirements.
