Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Adoption & Employee Experience Lead to enhance the digital experience of colleagues across EMEA. This pivotal role acts as the single point of contact for user insights, driving a user-centric culture within the organisation. If you are passionate about shaping employee experience through effective communication and strategic engagement, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Insights & Analytics: Gather, interpret, and communicate user experience insights across EMEA. Monitor satisfaction, sentiment, and behavioural trends using ITSM tools. Build user personas and employ journey mapping to identify friction points and moments that matter. Provide actionable recommendations based on user feedback.
  • Agile and Continuous Improvement: Embed agile methodologies to prioritise insight-led actions. Inform backlog prioritisation and sprint planning using user journey insights. Continuously update communication materials through a test-and-learn approach.
  • DEX Brand & User Experience Communications: Champion a user-centric culture by acting as a DEX Brand Ambassador. Develop engaging communication standards aligned with the DEX tone of voice. Tailor messaging based on user personas to enhance accessibility and clarity.
  • Toolkit & Resource Development for Adoption: Design intuitive onboarding materials and guidance packs for digital tools. Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all resources meet real user needs. Maintain a library of enablement assets and measure their impact on adoption.
  • End-User Change Management: Partner with project teams to ensure user needs are represented throughout the change process. Develop and implement communication plans that prioritise the end-user experience.
  • Stakeholder and Cross-Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with ITSD teams to ensure insights lead to meaningful actions. Advocate for users in cross-functional discussions to shape impactful decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite and Windows technology/applications.
  • Relevant experience in user experience, service design, internal communications, change management, or digital/IT service environments.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and their impact on communication and adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and influencing without direct authority.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of structured change methodologies and internal communications frameworks.
  • Experience in developing structured communication campaigns or adoption programmes.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation or reporting approaches to support effective communication.
