Are you a passionate Designer with a flair for crafting intuitive user experiences? Our client, a leading organisation in the tech industry, is on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join their dynamic team!

About the Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, writing, editing, and testing clear, compelling in-product language that helps users and teams achieve their goals. Your work will encompass product flows, interface language, educational materials, product names, and more across various products and experiences.

You will apply systems thinking to define extensible design system guidance, conduct audits of existing experiences, and create information architecture. Familiarity with code is essential, as you will review it to ensure the in-product language aligns with design intentions and creates personalised user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX design peers to build outstanding products through feedback and shared insights.
  • Create and contribute to high-fidelity design mocks using Figma.
  • Work closely with cross-disciplinary peers, including engineering, design, research, marketing, and data science, to guide products from conception to launch.
  • Partner with the internationalisation team to ensure top-quality product experiences in multiple languages.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in shaping product narratives and team direction.
  • Proactively identify and lead projects that span multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven examples of wireframes or design mocks that have influenced team decision-making.
  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas for diverse audiences in an engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with content management tools for large-scale updates.
  • Experience in design systems and applying systems thinking.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading projects with minimal direction and navigating ambiguity.
