Known for expertise in Water hygiene and Legionella management, the organisation offers comprehensive services in water, ventilation, air and grease hygiene to diverse sectors including the public, industrial, and retail markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a surveyor of water quality, conducting compliance assessments at client locations across the UK.
- Implement Legionella control measures in accordance with the Approved Code of Practise L8.
- Establish statutory compliance and benchmark systems against industry-recognised standards.
- Liaise with clients and their representatives to formulate action plans for any identified non-conformances.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain a 100% attendance record for all scheduled jobs.
- Report compliance issues promptly, alongside actionable recommendations.
- Achieve at least 90% on job paperwork audit feedback consistently.
- Ensure all service reports are completed and submitted to the office by the end of each working shift.
- Maintain elite driving performance as monitored by the Vehicle Tracking System.
Job Specific Functions:
- Coordinate site visits and discussions with clients to determine work details.
- Exercise excellent time management to complete tasks within scheduled timings.
- Organise and maintain equipment necessary for job execution, ensuring all tools are functional and calibrated.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to ensure equipment is maintained and promptly replaced if necessary.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks to control Legionella bacteria, including temperature monitoring and water sampling.
- Record site findings and recommendations using a Digital Compliance System.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify potential non-conformances beyond the immediate scope of work.
- Valid driving licence and a willingness to travel to various client sites.
- Commitment to adhering to company procedures and promoting a professional image.
