A leading IT consultancy is looking to recruit a Cisco Lead Engineer, to lead a small team supporting a key end client in Luton and the South-west of England. You will be responsible for handling TOIP / Telephony and videoconferencing issues, project work and managing a small team.
Your role:
- Resolve Level 2 and 3 Telephony / Videoconferencing Oriented Incidents
- Respond to specific hardware or application requests.
- Participate in Telephony / Videoconferencing Projects
- Assist the operations teams on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensure the MCO of the Telephony and Videoconferencing infrastructure.
- Management of local team and sharing of skills.
Your skills and experience:
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco TOIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, Cisco SBS, VG2xx.), Webex, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ...)
- Knowledge of VMware Suite and vSanStorage
- Knowledge of Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems
- Good knowledge of SIP / H protocols and WAN / LAN and security as well as system administration and PC environment would be a plus.
- Team Management / People Skills.
