As a vital part of our site team, you'll help ensure the community feels cared for and well-maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the site.
- Performing general maintenance and minor repair tasks.
- Managing waste disposal and supporting recycling processes.
- Keeping all communal areas tidy, presentable, and hazard-free.
- Cleaning, removing, and scrubbing graffiti from internal and external areas as required.
- Assisting residents with enquiries and providing excellent, friendly customer service.
- Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to management.
