Responsibilities:- Provide a high standard of service to the site and our customers.
- Ensure the development and its buildings and common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
- Dispose of rubbish in the designated collection area if required.
- Keep front entrances, communal stairways, corridors, and passageways clean at all times.
- Carry out deep cleaning as requested.
- Report any maintenance issues to the development manager.
- Keep footpaths and communal areas clean and free of litter.
- Follow instructions for equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage consistently.
- Work in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety Policy.
- Be prepared to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the development manager.
- Previous experience in a cleaning operative position.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH.
- Confident, polite, and courteous communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Able to work on own initiative and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional customer service experience, with the ability to prioritise and manage various tasks simultaneously.
