We are currently seeking a German-speaking Inbound Call Centre Advisor for a 6-week temporary booking. This role will support an inbound campaign, handling calls from shareholders who are enquiring about shareholder facilities and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from German-speaking shareholders in a professional and efficient manner
- Respond to queries relating to shareholder facilities and general account information
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Escalate queries where required in line with internal procedures
- Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
- Ensure all calls are handled in line with compliance and data protection requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Fluent German speaker (spoken and written)
- Previous inbound call centre or customer service experience
- Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 6-week booking
