About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This is a key role focused on developing opportunities for the supply and installation of integrated security and control systems within the residential and commercial property sectors. You will be responsible for winning new business, converting enquiries in the Multi‐Dwelling Unit (MDU) sector, and managing key accounts. This role requires a proactive, technically skilled individual who can survey sites, design solutions, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business in line with annual targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals for integrated security solutions.
- Conduct on‐site technical surveys and appraisals.
- Estimate, issue quotations, and manage contract paperwork.
- Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion rates.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay up to date with security technology and industry standards.
Essential Requirements

- Proven experience in surveying sites and selling security systems, including:
- Access Control (including Biometrics)
- Door Entry Systems
- CCTV Surveillance with advanced analytics / ANPR
- Gates and Barriers
Personal Attributes

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
