We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrative Support with Japanese language skills! Contract Type: 6 months initially with scope for longer term duration
Rate: £195 Per Day PAYE
What You’ll Do:
- Providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.
- Assisting with translation and communication in Japanese, enhancing collaboration with our Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence and ensuring timely communication within the team.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems to support efficient office operations.
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within a financial or insurance institution.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
