About the Role

We are a leading drinks manufacturing company based in Greenford and are looking for a reliable and organised Laboratory Administrator to join our Quality and Laboratory team.

This is a varied role combining laboratory administration duties with warehouse support activities, including forklift truck operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate laboratory records, collecting and recording quality data, handling product samples, and assisting with pallet movements within the production and warehouse areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging and recording laboratory samples accurately.
  • Maintaining laboratory records and documentation.
  • Preparing and writing reports, assessments, and related paperwork.
  • Collecting, recording, and organising laboratory and production data.
  • Supporting quality control and laboratory administration activities.
  • Moving and handling pallets safely around the site.
  • Operating Bendi and Counterbalance forklifts as required.
  • Assisting with pallet disposal and destruction processes.
  • Using pump trucks and other material handling equipment.
  • Supporting housekeeping and maintaining safe working practices within the laboratory and warehouse areas.
  • Following company quality, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Bendi Forklift Licence.
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
  • Previous experience in an administration, laboratory, quality, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
  • Good attendance and punctuality record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with manual handling and willingness to undertake some heavy lifting when required.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience within a food, beverage, or drinks manufacturing environment.
  • Pump truck training or experience.
  • Knowledge of quality control or laboratory procedures.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
