Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for all AV equipment during lectures, events, and presentations.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless integration of technology in the classroom and during events.
Conduct routine maintenance and checks on AV equipment to ensure everything is in top working condition.
Assist in the development and implementation of AV solutions tailored to specific educational needs.
Document and report any technical issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance user experience.
