My client, a leading global bank, is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support Front, Middle and Back Office applications in a production-critical environment. The role involves investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, and resolving application and data issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Support production applications across FO / MO / BO
- Investigate and resolve incidents using SQL and PL/SQL
- Write, maintain and simplify Oracle PL/SQL scripts
- Support releases, deployments and production stability
- Participate in on-call / occasional weekend support
- Strong application production support experience
- C#, ASP.NET, .NET experience
- Strong Oracle, PL/SQL and SQL skills
- Experience working with complex, data heavy systems
