Overview

We are looking to build a pool of experienced Minute Takers to support the recording of high-profile and sensitive disciplinary hearings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong shorthand and note-taking skills who are available on a flexible, ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend disciplinary hearings in person at Perceval House.
  • Produce accurate, detailed shorthand notes during meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive case information.
  • Provide clear and professional records of discussions and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience taking minutes in formal meetings, hearings, or disciplinary settings.
  • Ability to take comprehensive shorthand notes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Availability to attend meetings at short notice when required.

Additional Information

Meetings are always conducted in person. Hearings are typically attended by 4-5 participants. Work is offered on an ad-hoc basis, potentially as little as once every few months depending on business needs.
