We are looking for an experienced Trainee Operator to join a busy manufacturing site. You will play a key role in the movement and dispatch of finished products.

Shifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern or 4 on/ 4 off 6:30am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10:30pm, 10:30pm - 6:30am

Pay Rate: £13.85- £14.73

Role Overview: This is a great opportunity to join the production team as a Trainee. You will support the manufacturing process and learn how to operate extrusion machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Blending raw materials
  • Operating machinery to manufacture finished products efficiently
  • Monitoring production lines to ensure continuous operation
  • Identifying and reporting any faults or issues to the Line Manager
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • FLT licence (Counterbalance & Reach)
  • Willingness to learn and progress within manufacturing
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Assessment Process:

  • Colour vision test
  • Competency-based interview
  • Drug & alcohol testing (including urine and breathalyser)
