Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating delivery, installation, and removal of branding for live events; support matchday operations and act as key on‑site contact; ensure high standards in laying graphics and signage; collaborate with clients to develop signage ideas and solutions.
  • Manage staffing and day‑to‑day operational planning; coordinate resources across multiple events, including high‑profile competitions; report on site activity and assist with budget alignments.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and asset tracking; prepare equipment for delivery and installation; support logistics and movement of equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards; promote safe working practices at all times.
