Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple IT and business application projects from inception to completion.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure successful delivery against agreed targets.
- Coordinate internal resources, project teams, and third-party suppliers to achieve project outcomes.

- Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings across departments and disciplines to achieve consensus and drive progress.
- Negotiate and manage change requests, ensuring business needs are balanced against cost, risk, and delivery objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status, achievements, risks, and benefits.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and influential project professional with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and programmes. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Formal Project Management qualification or training (such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of five years' experience delivering IT systems implementations or similar technology projects.
- At least three years' significant project management experience leading complex and/or multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience managing external suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
- Proven success delivering projects to agreed scope, budget, quality, and timescales.
Essential Skills:
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Broad understanding of information systems and software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent project planning, organisation, and resource management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams without direct line management responsibility.
