Job Title: Production Line Leader Location: Hull Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts – 8am until 4:30pm Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food production? Join our team as a Production Line Leader and take charge of a team of experienced production operatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team to achieve the production plan. On-boarding and inducting new starters. Report maintenance and technical issues to senior management. Work to KPIs on efficiency\’s and improvements. Ensure quality standards are maintained.
