We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and distribution site just outside Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable employer in the food manufacturing sector (pet category).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trailers in line with load plans and delivery notes
- Checking products for accuracy, quality, and any damage
- Transferring goods from production to storage areas
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
- Working closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Own transport and licence required due to location (no public transport access)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
- Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (e.g. scanners, stock control/WMS)
