What You'll Do:
- Manage Stock Levels: Oversee the approval of internal requisitions for uniform replacements, ensuring timely availability of stock.
- Order Supplies: Raise purchase orders with external suppliers and follow up on deliveries to keep our stock replenished.
- Utilize Technology: Maintain our computerized stock control system, ensuring accuracy with all issues and returns.
- Handle Incoming Goods: Check and receipt all incoming items, addressing any quality issues with suppliers.
- Assist with Kittings: Measure new starters and provide them with the appropriate size uniforms.
- Conduct Stock Checks: Participate in regular inventory audits and annual stocktakes.
- Support Safety Standards: Keep the Stores area tidy, following health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 GCE/GCSE Grade C or above in subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
- Experience: Proven skills in stock control and audit processes; familiarity with computerized stock systems is essential.
