About the Role
As the HR Resourcing Officer, you will support our Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional and effective recruitment service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment and selection processes from post approval to induction.
- Advisory Role: Provide advice on hard-to-recruit positions and best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and manage data in line with General Data Protection Regulations.
- Documentation Preparation: Create and distribute essential correspondence and documentation accurately and on time.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager to enhance business processes for a cost-effective service.
- Engagement: Participate in selection processes and attend recruitment events across the county and nationally.
- Quality Monitoring: Ensure adherence to recruitment procedures and employment legislation.
- Performance Reporting: Produce performance management information and evaluate recruitment activities.
