The predicted salary is between 14 - 21 £ per hour.

Contract: 6-month rolling contract (strong potential to convert to permanent)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Lincoln – Teal Park Road

Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour PAYE

Working Pattern: Initial 5 days on-site training, some home working thereafter (predominantly office-based)

Compliance: Basic DBS required

Interview Process: Teams interview

About the Role

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation seeking an Immigration Partner to join their operations team based in Lincoln. This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant visa processing to support the mobilisation of Field Engineers across global projects. Immigration experience is essential for this role. You will play a key part in enabling planned and unplanned international work by ensuring the correct visas are in place, compliant, and aligned to business demand.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll be part of a small, experienced team (currently 4 team members, with 1 upcoming retirement), working closely with:

  • Resource Planners
  • Project Managers
  • Regional teams
  • International embassies and external stakeholders

Your work will directly impact the organisation’s ability to deliver projects on time globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end visa processes for Field Engineers
  • Ensure all immigration and visa requirements are fully compliant
  • Coordinate visa applications to support timely mobilisation to projects
  • Maintain an adequate number of valid visas in line with KPIs
  • Work closely with Resource Planners to align visas with forecast and live workloads
  • Support both planned and urgent mobilisations
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems (including SAP-based tools)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple visa cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using SAP or similar in-house systems
  • Exposure to global mobility or engineering/project-based environments
