Our client, a leader in the engineering industry, is on the hunt for a dedicated Business Administrator to join their External Supplier Quality team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Small Gas Turbine business while working with a dynamic and growing team!
What You'll Do:
- Manage Supplier Concessions: Take charge of the submission process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance. You'll coordinate distribution to the right subject matter experts for prompt reviews.
- Report Quality Data: Compile and analyze concession performance metrics and defect trends. Produce monthly KPI reports to keep tabs on supplier performance.
- Coordinate Team Activities: Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and facilitate cross-functional reviews with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Track Corrective Actions: Monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) progress, escalate overdue actions, and ensure updates are accurately reflected in QMS/ERP systems.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Help streamline templates, reporting tools, and administrative processes to boost team efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in administration within engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality environments.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other business systems (ERP/QMS).
