Join Our Team as a Quality Improvement Lead! Are you passionate about quality and driven to make a difference? Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Improvement Lead to join their Non-conformance Management team in Lincoln. This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 12 months, offering an hourly rate between £30.00 and £40.00.

As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality culture within the Small Gas Turbine (SGT) business.

  • Lead and coach teams in effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Enhance tools and processes for better non-conformance management.
  • Conduct training sessions on problem-solving techniques and tools.
  • Provide essential guidance and governance for non-conformance management.
  • Work closely with functional leads to foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organisation.

We seek a motivated individual who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute to a robust quality management system. Proven experience interfacing with diverse departments, including project and design teams. Familiarity with quality management systems. Graduate-calibre candidate with a solid foundation in problem-solving and investigation techniques. Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions. Proficiency in data interpretation and metrics. Experience in proposing and implementing quality solutions. Familiarity with non-conformance management processes and structured improvement projects. Knowledge of data tools like Tableau and non-conformance software.
