Job Description Production Operative Temp to Perm £12.71 per hour (rising to £13 once fully trained) We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Wickenby. As a Production Operative, you will be an important part of the manufacturing process, working across different production areas. This is not a traditional production line setting. Instead of an automated conveyor system, each stage of production has its own workstation, allowing you to focus on individual tasks while still contributing to the wider team. Production targets and progress are clearly displayed, helping you stay motivated and on track throughout your shift. Labelling, tinning, and packing finished goods Quality checking products Keeping your work area clean and organised Previous production experience is essential Able to start immediately A valid driving licence and access to your own transport are essential due to location.
