Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Stroud, seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their friendly and supportive production team. This role involves the assembly and manufacture of specialist electrical components, with a strong focus on coil winding, fine assembly work, soldering, and quality inspection. It is ideal for someone with excellent manual dexterity, good eyesight, and the ability to work accurately with small components. Key Responsibilities Coil winding to customer specifications, engineering drawings and samples. Assembling small and intricate components to required quality standards. Hand soldering wires, cables, connectors and electrical components. Soldering and crimping wires, cables and connectors using specialist tooling. Application of tapes, insulating materials and specialist resins. Carrying out product testing and inspection procedures in line with customer and company requirements. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions and specifications. Performing visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
