Position: Part-Time Library Assistant Hours: 18 hours per week Rate: £16.36 PAYE Term: Currently until 30/04/2025 with the possibility of extension What You'll Do: Assist library users in navigating resources and services Provide top-notch customer service to patrons of all ages Utilise our library management system to support daily operations Help users with IT inquiries and technology assistance Engage young readers by delivering storytime sessions and rhyme times What We're Looking For: Previous experience working in a library, preferably a public library Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour Proficiency in using a library management system Strong IT skills, with the ability to assist users in technology-related queries Experience in reading stories and conducting rhyme times for children Why Join Us?
