Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard on a temporary basis. - Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
- Hours: Mon - Thurs 7am - 4pm and Fri 7am - 12pm
What You'll Do:
- As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for applying various paint finishes to components, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Your role will involve:
- Preparing work to be painted with precision and care.
- Reading and interpreting drawings to complete tasks efficiently within the Paint Cell.
- Ensuring that all parts are properly identified and documented.
- Completing tasks within set time frames to maintain workflow.
- Conducting maintenance and proper storage of equipment.
- Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and contributing ideas.
- Assisting with any other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
