Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Commercial Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
- Supporting the commercial team with essential administrative tasks.
- Compiling and generating reports and metrics for the department.
Daily Tasks:
- Downloading purchase orders from the customer system, obtaining necessary approvals, and uploading to the PO channel.
- Maintaining and updating Excel trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Creating tasks in the change order system (LBIRs).
- Generating weekly and monthly metrics for departmental performance.
- Compiling and submitting ad hoc quotation requests.
- Ensuring customer documentation is submitted for approval and tracked accordingly.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously. The following skills and qualifications are essential:
- Experience: Prior experience in a commercial or administrative role is preferred.
