Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Commercial Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the commercial team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Supporting the commercial team with essential administrative tasks.
  • Compiling and generating reports and metrics for the department.

Daily Tasks:

  • Downloading purchase orders from the customer system, obtaining necessary approvals, and uploading to the PO channel.
  • Maintaining and updating Excel trackers to ensure data accuracy.
  • Creating tasks in the change order system (LBIRs).
  • Generating weekly and monthly metrics for departmental performance.
  • Compiling and submitting ad hoc quotation requests.
  • Ensuring customer documentation is submitted for approval and tracked accordingly.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously. The following skills and qualifications are essential:
