About the Role:
As the Business Support Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director and be the central hub for internal support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Coordination: Act as the primary contact across the organisation, coordinating vital activities and projects. Produce and distribute reports to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and effective information management. Support onboarding processes by liaising with partners and landlords.
- Administrative Leadership: Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes that enhance the overall business function. Coordinate wider administrative functions and act as an escalation point for queries. Draught and manage formal documentation, including contracts and service agreements.
- Project Coordination: Provide administrative support across multiple projects, including meeting coordination and agenda preparation. Track project plans and ensure timely completion of actions through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Governance Support: Assist the Operations Director and Chief Executive with governance activities. Prepare documentation for Board and Committee meetings, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Human Resources Support: Aid in HR administration and processes, contributing to a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilities Management: Serve as the main point of contact for office and facilities management, ensuring services are delivered effectively.
- Personal Assistant Support: Provide comprehensive PA support to the Operations Director and Chief Executive, managing diaries and routine correspondence.
