We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Administrator to support our sales team in generating new business opportunities. This is a temporary position for approximately 2.5 months, with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, prospecting)
  • Support the sales team with pipeline building and appointment setting
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
  • Work towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and activity targets
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales function

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales
  • Experience working to KPIs and targets in a sales environment
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working: 4 days from home, 1 day in the office
  • Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • One day per week (remote): 11:00am - 7:00pm

Contract Details

  • Temporary role: 2.5 months (with potential extension)
  • Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
