Why This Role Matters: As our Service Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations - keeping engineers, customers, and internal teams connected, organised, and supported. You will ensure every job runs smoothly, from first enquiry to final payment, helping us exceed customer expectations every single time.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries and logging them accurately in the CRM
- Preparing and sending quotations for labour and materials
- Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance visits and populating engineers' diaries
- Coordinating with customers and ensuring engineers have all necessary tools, parts, and information
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and fleet requirements for site visits
- Identifying opportunities for additional works, maintenance, or equipment upgrades
