Our Service Team delivers top-notch maintenance, installations, and technical support to customers across the UK. With mobile engineers backed by a Service Manager, Contracts & Applications Manager, and Technical Support Engineer, we pride ourselves on fast response times, high-quality service, and a friendly, collaborative environment.
As our Service Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations - keeping engineers, customers, and internal teams connected, organised, and supported. You will ensure every job runs smoothly, from first enquiry to final payment, helping us exceed customer expectations every single time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing customer enquiries and logging them accurately in the CRM
- Preparing and sending quotations for labour and materials
- Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance visits and populating engineers’ diaries
- Coordinating with customers and ensuring engineers have all necessary tools, parts, and information
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and fleet requirements for site visits
- Identifying opportunities for additional works, maintenance, or equipment upgrades
- Supporting credit checks, invoices, and finance processes
