Our client, a Public Sector organisation, is seeking a skilled Learning Partner to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the organisation's growth and success by designing and delivering targeted programmes to equip managers and senior leaders with the skills needed to drive performance and lead effectively. A critical focus of the role will be on developing a management skills programme and a senior leadership programme that aligns with wider organisational goals. You will also be instrumental in collaborating with the Emerging Talent Partner to leverage the apprenticeship levy ensuring leadership development offerings maximise available resources.
