Learning Partner Permanent, full-time opportunity Hybrid working available Based in London Salary: £35,000-£40,000k Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. We are looking to recruit a Learning Partner who will drive the delivery of the learning and development strategy. Working in collaboration with the Head of Talent you will be instrumental in leading, implementing and evaluating all engaging learning and development initiatives that encourage a structured learning culture across the organisation and inspires a high-performing workforce across all levels. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver customised learning programmes that align with the organisation\’s vision and goals. Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and enhance employee engagement and performance. Onboard new employees and guide them as they navigate their professional journey with tailored learning plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure optimum impact on employee development. Manage the delivery of an ongoing leadership management development programme. Foster a culture of continuous learning by championing innovative approaches to training and development.Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working in Learning & Development, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Experience of designing and delivering training. Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering learning and development strategies and plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organisation with the ability to influence stakeholders. A deep understanding of adult learning principles and the latest trends in the industry. Experience of setting, measuring and evaluating metrics to measure areas of success and development.
