Our client, a leading utilities company based in Warwick, is seeking a talented Leadership Development Specialist to join their dynamic team. If you enjoy delivering interactive workshops and learning sessions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams, delivering engaging leadership development workshops and learning sessions. You will be responsible for facilitating the ongoing delivery of leadership development programmes to multiple cohorts of leaders and managers. Your input will be crucial in continuously improving the design of materials to ensure the highest quality of content.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering interactive leadership development workshops and learning sessions
* Facilitating the ongoing delivery of leadership development programmes to multiple cohorts of leaders and managers
* Continuous improvement of design materials to enhance the content
* Conducting virtual and face-to-face delivery of pre-existing content
