Lead Document Controller (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Role: Lead Document Controller
Location: Remote with flex (Edinburgh / Leeds / Warwick β travel twice per month)
Rate: From Β£450 per day via Umbrella
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)

We\βre seeking a Lead Document Controller to support the design and delivery of a major subsea transmission initiative that will supply renewable electricity to over a million homes. This is a high profile joint venture driving the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
What You\βll Be Doing:
Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the project
Lead on document control strategy, governance, and permissions
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platform to manage document workflows
Coordinate document sharing between contractors and JV stakeholders
Provide training and support for project teams
Help establish scalable systems ahead of the construction phase (2029)
What You\βll Need:
Strong experience in document control for large infrastructure or construction projects
Proven ability with ACC / Autodesk Construction Cloud (or similar platforms)
Experience setting up or managing a Common Data Environment (CDE)
Understanding of ISO standards (especially ISO 19650 for BIM)
Strong stakeholder skills β ability to coordinate across JV partners
Comfortable travelling 1-2 times per month to key office hubs
