Learning & Development Specialist Location: London, UK Salary: £55,000 per annum The Role: My industry leading global client is looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join their team. Partnering with the Head of Learning and Development, the successful candidate will help identify and shape the learning needs of the business, delivering flexible solutions to meet the diverse needs of their global workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the future skills of a thriving global company. Key Responsibilities: Identify tools to assess skills and training needs across the business Design and roll out mandatory e-learning courses and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) Track training data and maintain L&D dashboards Coordinate logistics for training and external providers Oversee onboarding programs and support key learning initiatives like management development Co-facilitate workshops, including values training and team events Promote a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) What We\’re Looking For: Solid experience in Learning & Development, including LMS administration and e-learning design (Articulate 360 experience with storyline essential) Strong skills in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis Must have experience creating e-learning content Able to tell a story with data and create dashboards from reports A passion for learning and helping others grow Ability to work proactively and tackle issues head-on in a fast-paced environment Great communication and presentation skills If you\’re excited by the chance to drive learning initiatives in a dynamic, global business and help shape its future growth please apply or contact Izzy at Oakleaf.
